When I became a mother, my world shifted.
As a certified life coach and professional holistic wellness therapist, I had spent years guiding others to feel at home within themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. But nothing could have prepared me for the raw, tender beauty of motherhood: the sleepless nights, the quiet tears, the overwhelming love.
In those moments, I realised how deeply mothers need reminders of strength, beauty, and connection. I saw myself in so many other women—loving fiercely, yet sometimes feeling unseen and overwhelmed.
From this space, Into the Light Creatives was born.
